Cancellation & refunds

Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment and you'll receive a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and no refund is given — the slot was held for you and can no longer be offered to anyone else.

Sessions are held by phone — I call you at the number you provide, at the time you booked.

Privacy

When you book, I collect your name, phone number, email, and any notes you share about your animal or what you'd like to talk about. That information is used only to deliver your session and to send booking confirmations and reminders.

Payments are handled by Square or PayPal — card details never touch our servers.

Your information is never sold. Text messages are opt-in only; reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them.

Terms

Readings are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for veterinary, medical, or legal advice. You must be 18 or older to book a session.
